Our Staff
 Starr Kitchen: Dental Assistant
Starr is Dr. Duncan's treatment assistant, and has a special talent for connecting with people. She has over 12 years experience as a certified dental assistant. She loves working in our office because of the atmosphere of family created here. Starr "enjoys building trusting relationships with patients and helping to make a difference in lives". She is a LVI-certified cosmetic dental assistant and also holds certification in Laser Dentistry Assisting. Starr enjoys spending time with her husband and her animals (especially her African Gray parrot), and she loves to read, garden, and do home projects.
 JoBeth Copeland: Scheduling Coordinator and Dental Assistant
JoBeth has many roles in our office, from greeting guests and scheduling their visits to assisting during treatment, JoBeth's warm, caring personality is appreciated by all of our guests. She loves "forming personal relationships with our guests and making every visit a truly unique and pleasant experience". She loves to sing and spend time with family and friends, and is very involved at Freedom Church where she serves in the music ministry. Her husband, Kevin, is her passion. JoBeth has worked in our office for over five years, and enjoys the advanced training that our office undergoes at places like LVI and the IACA. She has recently completed a bachelor's degree in business.
 Patty Hughes: Hygienist
Patty is our dental hygienist and has worked in our office for over ten years. She is a truly gifted professional. She is passionate about providing the highest quality of care and does so in a gentle manner. She loves the environment of family in our office and enjoys making lasting relationships with her patients. She is one of less than 5% of dental hygienists nationwide to be certified by the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Patty enjoys fishing and hiking with her family, and loves her Yorkshire terrier, Taz. She's a fan of UGA football, Braves baseball, and NASCAR. Patty and her family attend Kennesaw First Baptist Church. Patty has a degree in Applied Dental Hygiene from West Central Technical College at Kennesaw State University.
 Marishell Mulvihill: Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager
Marishell is usually the one of the first people that you meet at our office, and has a wonderful personality. She is committed to making our guests feel welcome and answering any questions about our practice. Marishell "finds it rewarding to be able to help people feel good about themselves as we help improve their health and appearance". She values the friendly environment of our office and enjoys working with a caring and knowledgeable dental team. She loves to golf, snowboard and travel with her husband, as well as cooking, running and tennis. Marishell attends Riverstone Church in Kennesaw, and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Lee University.
